Ingredients

  • 2 peaches
  • 1 tablespoon of refined sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • ½ tablespoon of brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 oz of Mezcal Cuishe Land of
    Jaguar
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • Lemon soda
  • Garnish: 2 sprigs of rosemary

Elaboration

  • Prepare a syrup by boiling water, brown
    sugar and rosemary.
  • Blend peaches, white sugar and lemon
    juice, then add rosemary syrup, sugar,
    lemon juice and mezcal to a cocktail
    shaker with ice.
  • Shake and serve in a
    glass with ice, add lemon soda.
