Ingredients
- 2 peaches
- 1 tablespoon of refined sugar
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- ½ tablespoon of brown sugar
- 1 1/2 oz of Mezcal Cuishe Land of
Jaguar - ½ oz simple syrup
- Lemon soda
- Garnish: 2 sprigs of rosemary
Elaboration
- Prepare a syrup by boiling water, brown
sugar and rosemary. - Blend peaches, white sugar and lemon
juice, then add rosemary syrup, sugar,
lemon juice and mezcal to a cocktail
shaker with ice. - Shake and serve in a
glass with ice, add lemon soda.
